THE HARVEST TREATS membership program is free for The Harvest customers and for personal use only, and is not intended for Commercial use.
Members are required to provide valid and correct personal information.
Privileges and benefits will be extended upon activation of a valid membership account
Benefits and Treat Points accumulated under the membership are promotional and cannot be exchanged for cash.
After having successfully registered as The Harvest Treats members, for every IDR 50.000 spending at The Harvest stores, The Harvest Express stores and the harvestcakes.com website, members are eligible to earn 1 (one) Treat Point for the next purchases.. The Treat Points are calculated and issued based on the purchase amount of an individual (not collective) bill. Members do not earn Treat Points from Service Charge & Delivery Charge that may arise from purchase transaction.
When making purchase transactions at The Harvest Stores and The Harvest Express stores, members need to make sure tto inform the phone numbers that are used in The Harvest Treats registration to the store cashiers to be able to earn Treat Points.
Similarly, when making online transactions at harvestcakes.com, members need to make sure that the phone numbers used in The Harvest Treats registration have also been completed in members' harvestcakes.com details.
Failure to do so will cause member transactions being unrecognized, which will make the system unable to issue Treats Points.
Members should keep the bill of purchase until the Treat Points from that particular bill are issued.
Any issue related to Treats Point issuance must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org no more than 5 days from the date of purchase.
The Harvest group internal team, GoFood / GrabFood and other similar delivery services are not allowed to join THE HARVEST TREATS membership and collect points.
By registering to the program, members are deemed to have read, understood, accepted and are bound by the full terms & conditions of the THE HARVEST TREATS membership.
THE HARVEST TREATS membership and its privileges are non-transferable & not valid with other promotions.
THE HARVEST TREATS Points earned from purchase transactions at The Harvest stores and Web harvestcakes.com will expire 1 (one) year from the bill date. Whereas THE HARVEST TREATS Points earned from purchase transactions at The Harvest Express stores will expire 3 (three) months from the bill date.
THE HARVEST reserves the right to amend, change or withdraw the terms & conditions at anytime without prior notice.
THE HARVEST reserves the right to change or modify membership benefits at anytime.
THE HARVEST reserves the right to change the rate of point issuance from purchase transactions, the points required to redeem Reward Coupons and the list of Reward Coupons available for redemption at anytime.
THE HARVEST reserves the right to check Treat Points issuance from member purchase transactions if necessary, and cancel the Treats Points if members cannot show the valid proof of purchase.
THE HARVEST reserves the right to terminate, discontinue or cancel the THE HARVEST TREATS membership at any time and in its sole discretion without notice.
Under no circumstances shall THE HARVEST be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the THE HARVEST TREATS membership, even if any or all of THE HARVEST entities have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
